RETURNS POLICY

Please choose carefully when making your WITH FRANKEE purchase. Should your item come faulty or damaged please let us know and a refund will be issued once we receive the item back. The item must be unused. Unfortunately our small business does not offer refunds or exchange for change of mind purchased. We appreciate your cooperation and support.  

 

SHIPPING

Shipping is provided via Australia Post. Standard Shipping is $10 and can take between 2-10 business days. Express Shipping is $15 and can take between 1- 5 business days.

Once your item has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to the email address you provided at the time of purchase. WITH FRANKEE is not responsible for delays on shipping times.  

 

LOCAL PICKUP & LOCAL DELIVERY

Free Local Delivery is available to addresses within the Macedon Ranges (Strictly no PO Box addresses) for orders over $100. Local pick up is also available by entering the code LOCALPICKUP at the checkout. This will remove the shipping cost and you will be notified when your item is ready to collect from the Woodend address provided in this notification.
